In 2024, on behalf of our client, NT Government Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics we conducted a thorough condition assessment and detailed reporting of all buildings, systems and infrastructure on the property. The disciplines included Structural, Civil, Building Certification, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Cost Estimation.
