He excels in the areas of shop detailing and integrated systems commissioning and enjoys engaging directly with tradespeople to ensure design objectives are achieved.

Conor’s acute attention to detail and strong communication skills enable him to proactively identify potential issues early in the project lifecycle and present the buildable solutions required to streamline works on site through to practical completion.

Melita, a long-term Territorian has an extensive background in project management. Throughout her career she has demonstrated strong project planning, reporting, and communication skills, She has managed and delivered project contracts and schedules, created and distributed written reports for program directors and relevant stakeholders including government and non-government funding bodies, and assisted projects based on organisational needs and goals. Her experience includes developing and executing organisational change management plans, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
