ADG (Airport Development Group) enlisted PROMANT to conduct a condition assessment and masterplan reporting on the hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical services at Alice Springs Airport.

PROMANT was tasked with assessing the major infrastructure within the airport precinct. They provided ADG with a comprehensive report outlining recommendations and assessments of key services.

Additionally, PROMANT conducted a full dilapidation report of the infrastructure network. They also created new single line diagrams to replace multiple outdated and difficult-to-read documents.

The masterplan developed by PROMANT addressed both the current and future needs of the airport, aligning with ADG’s 20-year masterplan.

Timeline and Budget:
The estimated timeline for this project is twelve months, with a proposed budget of $2.5 million. This includes infrastructure assessment, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, safety enhancements, training, and documentation.
