In 2023, on behalf of our client, NT Government Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics we conducted a thorough condition assessment and detailed reporting of all buildings, systems and infrastructure located at 55 Batten Road, Marrara NT.

The disciplines included Structural, Civil, Building Certification, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Cost Estimation.

The scope also included master planning of services infrastructure for future development.
